SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received during normal business hours. Expedited shipping orders are prioritized.  Orders received after 12:00pm PST will typically be processed and shipped the following business day.  Exceptions can be made.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours however if a part is on back order or our we are at capacity, your shipment may be delayed.  If there is an urgent need for your order to get shipped out to meet a delivery date please call and let us know 949.290.6852  Otherwise, your order will be put into the queue and shipped as soon as possible. 

All orders are shipped from our main office in Camarillo, CA. Our operating hours are 7:30 am to 6:30 pm M-F. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you have an shipment inquiries, please call us at 949.290.6852. We will get to work finding your shipment.

​​RETURN POLICY​

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.  All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  To return an item, place the item securely in its original bag and packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
